Rosetta proudly combines family recipes, history and timelessness in order to become the official ambassador of the Italian art of baking. Ingredients imported from Italy are used to create authentic Italian delicacies such as paninis, pastries, and focaccia. Rosetta is named in honor of the founder’s oldest sister who resided in a small and humble house in the Italian countryside and who would bring a special bread to share with her five brothers after a day’s work at the mill.
