TEAM BEHIND JUVIA TO DEBUT A MASSIVE RESTAURANT INSIDE MIAMI CENTRAL
La Estación American Brasserie will arrive this spring
Central Fare, the food hall attached to Miami’s Brightline (soon-to-be Virgin Trains USA) station, is getting a swanky new addition this spring when Juvia Group debuts La Estación American Brasserie.
The 240-seat, 10,000-square-foot restaurant and bar, will feature four private event spaces and a large open kitchen. And while the Juvia Group is known around town for its namesake French, Japanese and Peruvian restaurant at 1111 Lincoln Road along with Sunset Harbor’s Sushi Garage and Sunny Poké, this restaurant will have a more American slant.
