Founder Alejandra Bigai draws upon the flavors of her childhood in Venezuela to create unique confections. By using only real chocolate in small batches and utilizing only the best ingredients, she ensures the finest quality. Her Japanese Ginger chocolate bar was selected as a Silver Finalist in the 2012 Sofi™ Awards for Outstanding Specialty Foods of the Year, Chocolate. Romanicos chocolate bars are gluten-free, lactose-free and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
